SKV PR to raise UK-wide profile of ISIS Waterside
Regeneration
Agency to launch ISIS flagship scheme in Manchester |
ISIS
Waterside Regeneration has appointed award-winning agency
Spinoza Kennedy Vesey PR (SKV PR) to handle its UK-wide
corporate media relations, and all PR for its development
schemes across the UK.
ISIS, named after the Egyptian goddess
of rejuvenation and re-birth, is the UK's leading waterside
property developer, specialising in the regeneration
of waterside brownfield sites in urban locations.
Backed by £100m of funding from
British Waterways, AMEC, Morley Investment’s Igloo
Regeneration Fund, ISIS is delivering vibrant waterside
places and communities across 170 acres in nine UK towns
and cities.
The first ISIS scheme to be promoted
is its flagship development Islington Wharf, on the
Ashton Canal in Manchester at a key gateway between
the city centre and east Manchester.
On January 26, SKV PR is staging a major set-piece launch
for 250 of the city’s top influencers and opinion-formers,
ending with a fireworks finale. Apartments at the scheme
go on sale on January 28.
At the 3-acre Islington Wharf site,
ISIS is creating a living, breathing community, with
over 500 homes, hotel, retail, leisure and business
space. The scheme will enjoy more generous-sized apartments
than the average, at better value prices, and a truly
mixed occupier profile with a number of four bedroom
homes perfect for families.
The family homes offer private gardens.
In addition there is a large multi-functional private
garden which can be accessed by all residents and will
provide secure play space for children - so often overlooked
by UK city centre developers.
Said Mark Ryder, ISIS Chief Executive:
“ISIS is now entering its delivery phase and
requires an intelligent, creative and robust PR programme
to drive home how and why we are different to other
developers.
“After working with us in
Leeds and Birmingham, SKV PR have proved to be the perfect
agency to communicate our key messages both to the property
and regeneration sector, and to potential residential
and commercial occupiers.”
Andrew Spinoza, MD of SKV PR, said:
“The ISIS programme of development is one
of the most significant in the UK, both for its scale
and in terms of how it could influence future trends
in regeneration. We are delighted and excited to be
on board.”
