Spinoza Kennedy Vesey strengthens Public Sector
and Regeneration team |
AWARD-winning,
top-rated PR agency Spinoza Kennedy Vesey PR has strengthened
its Public Sector and Regeneration team with two key
appointments.
John Quinton-Barber 35, from Sale,
Greater Manchester, joins as Account Director from his
role as External Affairs Manager at the People for Places
Group, the UK’s largest not-for-profit provider
of affordable housing and regeneration.
A former Senior Press Officer for the
Millennium Commission, he worked in-house for Hutchison
3G in Manchester, and before that for Ogilvy PR Worldwide
on clients BBC TV Licencing and More Th>n.
Reporting to agency founder and Managing
Director Andrew Spinoza, Mr Quinton-Barber, (CMIPR),
will increase the agency’s range of service in
the regeneration field.
Said Mr Spinoza: “Public Relations is Reputation
Management, and we have been in the business of building
reputation since 1998.
“John’s expertise in communicating
on behalf of organisations to a wide range of audiences,
from central government to local communities, will be
a hugely valuable asset both for our clients, and for
continuing the agency’s impressive growth.”
Mr Quinton-Barber said, “This
is a fantastic move for me. I look forward to bringing
my 10 years experience of communicating with stakeholders
at all levels, to one of the most progressive and vibrant
PR agencies outside London.”
He added: “My two passions
are politics and journalism and I am therefore very
excited to be joining the agency at a time when Andrew
and the team are working with clients delivering a range
of products and services to the public, and informing
and influencing key stakeholders and decision makers
about their effectiveness.”
Anoushka Foster, 28, from Alderley
Edge, joins from Precise Communications. Her experience
includes PR agency work in Hollywood for Columbia TriStar
and the BAFTA LA Awards, and in-house at the London
office of financial services conglomerate, Cantor Fitzgerald.
Her accounts include new clients MIDAS
(Manchester’s investment agency) and Bardsley
Construction.
